Warranty

Sales warranty

Since 2021, all Alexis Garin watches benefit a 10 year-warranty while purchasing the watch in any Alexis Garin’s partner or directly to the manufacture. The warranty is valid as of the date of purchase appearing on the warranty certificate. It covers any manufacturing flaws during this period. The warranty is valid only on presentation of the warranty certificate duly filled out by the manufacture.
Alexis Garin’s warranty is provided independently from all other guarantees given by the point of sale and for which he carries sole responsibility.

Are excluded from the warranty:
– Daily use and normal wear and tear
– Damages, accidents or misuse due to non-respect of instructions for use and maintenance
– Opening, repair and / or alterations made by non-authorized person

If it requires any care (service, repair, etc.) entrust your watch to any Alexis Garin authorized point of sale or the manufacture.

Service warranty

After a complete overhaul, your Alexis Garin watch receives a twelve-month warranty as of the invoicing date (please refer to out warranty terms and conditions).

Precautionary and preventive measures

Magnetic fields
Strong magnetic fields can create magnetization of components, especially near objects such as mobile phones, computers, refrigerators, speakers, or any other electromagnetic appliances.

Temperature
High temperature variation can impact the characteristics of some metal and may affect the accuracy of the watch.

Shocks
Shocks that happen during intense activities can alter the accuracy or damage internal components of the watch mechanism.

Water resistance
All Alexis Garin watches are water resistant up to 3 atmospheres (3 atm).
The water resistance of a watch cannot be guaranteed indefinitely. It can be affected by the aging of the gaskets or by a shock. We recommend that you have your watch tested regularly by an authorized point of sale. Please do not pull the crown and/or activate the push-pieces while the watch is submerged in the water and make sure the crown is fully pushed back/screwed in after any manipulation.
